RepeatStay is operated by 1790922 Ontario Inc. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the commitments we make to hosts and their guests.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Host account information — things like your name, email address, property details, and billing information, so we can set up and run your account.
- Guest information — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and a timestamp of consent, submitted by guests through the opt-in form on your property’s guidebook page. We only collect what a guest chooses to submit.
How we use it
We use guest information to send booking-related and rebooking SMS and email messages on behalf of the host’s property — for example, a message inviting a past guest to book directly for their next stay. We use host account information to run your account, provide support, and process billing.
Storage and retention
We store host and guest information on secure, access-controlled infrastructure for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of guest data tied to your account at any time by contacting us.
Our commitments to you
- Guest contact information belongs to the host and is exportable at any time.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
